What xbox 360 game is better? (Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, mercenaries, and fear)? ?

mercenaries is for xbox $12

and fear is for xbox 360 $20

plz tell me y or y not i should buy one of these games!

I've played FEAR and it's awesome! I won't give any spoilers but it is one SCARY game! The graphics are great too. I got mine off of Ebay just to try it, and now its one of my favorites.

They are totally different games, so you can't really compare them.  But of those I would say mercenaries is the worst.

My favorite offline game is Oblivion and you should get it. I have never played Mercenaries so I don't know anything about but FEAR is an okay game. I beat FEAR once and I am not planning on playing that game again anytime soon. I really don't like that in FEAR you health does not recharge and that you have to look for stupid health packs, also you can not save your game and sometimes that is very annoying. Everything else about FEAR is great. Get Oblivion, that game is so good. I have spent more then 700 hours playing it. Also I would recommend getting The Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine expansions packs for Oblivion. I have the game of the year edition and it includes those two expansions and the update.

Elder scrolls if you like rpg heavy adventure

fear is a first person shooter, its ok - has a cool factor

make sure that you can even play mercenaries on the 360 since not all games are backwards compatible.  check xbox.com for the list of compatible games.

its not really all about the price, its about which type(s) of games you like to play.

Elder Scrolls is RPG and can be time consuming if you don't rush and just finish the game

mercenaries is third person shooter and can play online

fear is first person shooter and is somewhat a survival horror game

I would say Oblivion, but depending on your preference, F.E.A.R is also a good option, if you're up for a good scare. Oblivion is a massive game and will drag you in from the start and is definitely worth buying. F.E.A.R., still being a thoroughly enjoyable game, can get a little repetitive with it's predictable plot and battle sequences (you seem to kill the same guy, over and over again), but is worth playing for it's sheer thrills. Mercenaries on the other hand is just another Shoot-em'-up, corny, kill the evil foreigners and save the world (the world being the U.S.A) type of game and this kind of thing has thoroughly been over-done.

I would say go for Oblivion, but I can't make up your mind for you.
