I have a 2005 and I consider that new. Maybe it's because I was so poor growing up, the contrast just stick out (I still get giddy about my key less entry). Or am I just white trash?

  1. I can certainly understand your feelings!

Technically, a car is "new" if it is < 1 year old, or has less than 5000 miles on it.

However, as someone who drove REALLY old cars until a year ago, I think MY 2005is new too!

  2. Any car that catches peoples' breath. An old car might even be loved by people after a long time. That will of course renew it

  3. A new car is a car that you are the first owner of.

However, I would consider a "newer" car to be anything 5 years old or newer.

  4. LOL..yes I do consider that new.

But I guess brand new wud be 2008.

  5. Well it is 2008 going into 2009 so I would say anything 2006 would be new still

  6. I only consider a car new if it has zero miles. I drive a 95, not new but it works good, good gas mileage, and i have no car payment.
