What year did the Canadians burn down the White House?

OK I know for a fact that Canada and the USA have been at war on several occasion in the past. What i need is the year and the war when Canada defeated the Americans and burnt down the White House. It was burnt down twice but I'm to lazy to find out when. Your help would be appreciated.
