What year did the bmw 530i start coming with heads up display and active cruise control option?

i am looking for a BMW with these two options in the USA. first question is, what is the oldest year i can get for only the 530i that have these two options available. second question, where can i find one with this option? if anyone has a link for a vehicle for sale, that would be GREAT. thank you much!
