What year do you learn multiplication?

you have to be in the third grade to learn multiplication. i was in the third grade when i learned multiplication and my little cousin just got out of the third grade and he knows multiplication. some people learn how to multiply before the third grade and they don't really turn out that well in math. that's what happened to my other cousin.

at the end of second grade, we strated basic multiplication, then in third grade more "advanced" multiplication.

they taught me in 2nd grade the multiplication but i actually learned it in the third grade
