Personally as they have an alliance of sorts with Yates Racing I see the dropped team to go to Yates Racing and possibly be re-christened as a #58 or #68 or #98.

2009 is the deadline set by NASCAR.  But I am sure the cat in the hat has already found a loop hole. He is kind of crafty like that. Notice he hasn't been crying about the Toyota dominance like he would in the past?  Do you think he is trying to keep attention off of him.  The Yates cars are essentially Roush cars, all the engines, chassis, etc. are Roush
