I have an ad for 2.25 acres good land, paved road, city water, choice location, close to schills, etc. Full price $3950. Down pymt, $1000. Needing to date the advertisement in order to date a piece of furniture I have.

Probably the 1930s.My folks bought a house on the Island for 3000

in 1951 and it is only on a large city lot.
