  1. last nite was steak and baked potatoes


  2. Traveling back home from Las Vegas, we stopped in Barstow and had us some Double Doubles(no cheese) animal style with their famous french fries and a coke with a splash of pink lemonade.

    oh - we stopped at In n Out.

  9. Last night, since we were both tired and had eaten a big lunch, decided to just make a sandwich each (ham and roast beef) and partner it with a bowl of soup. I also had a beer while my wife had iced water.

    Tonight, though, my wife is making her wonderful bolognese sauce for whole wheat pasta.

  13. I eat anything that is vegetarian. Mostly pasta, rice and of course a salad too. For desert, usually fresh fruit with a cup of jasmine tea.

  16. Last Night I ate Boiled Neck bones, Pinto Beans, some candy yams that was demolished in one serving for 6 people, and last but not least some Cornbread. Yum it was good.

    Also had a cup of sprite to drink.

    And tonite, I am making spagetti with homemade meatballs and garlic bread.
