Owners are afraid to ask any questions, because Board will tell "you are trouble maker" and will harass you. Owners are afraid to open mouth or even to listen you. What you will do in situation like this? Is unbelievable, but true.

I don't know what you are talking about.  Do you mean Board of Directors as in the people that run a company?  If that's the case, I'd just look for a new job.  Who are the "Owners"?  Owners of what?
