if you will had 1:30 free in the morning,what you will like to learn martial art wushu or yoga and why

  1. Martial arts cuz it will fully wake u up.

    Plus its good exercise especially after waking up from sleep.


  2. I would rather use Wushu (or Kung Fu) rather than Yoga.  I would prefer something active in the morning, and Yoga would put me back to sleep.

  3. Wushu I think needs alot of room to learn so I would do yoga

  4. I would do what M W suggest, if you can't then try Wu Shu or Yoga and see which one you enjoy more.

  6. meditation and martial arts combination .......on days u don have wushu do meditation  and u should be fine but i will tell u u are a wimp and will be for a long time to come if u do not change youhr attitude standing up to a weaker opponenet isnt bravery u have to do it in your head tooo

  7. Use Meditation this is a real method not Cartoon c**p it unlocks your key so u are able to summon your strengh

  8. in the morning .. I'd do Tai Chi (Tai chi chuan) instead..

    Tai chi is typically practiced for its soft martial art techniques, demonstration competitions, health and longevity.

    It's a form of moving meditation, as focusing the mind solely on the movements of the form purportedly helps to bring about a state of mental calm and clarity. General health benefits and stress management are attributed to tai chi training.

    So, nothing against Wushu or Yoga.. I perfer to practice Tai Chi ..
