As a part Buddhist, I plan on becoming vegetarian next year. We are not allowed to eat beef in my home:)

Chicago style stuffed pizza from a little place in Evanston near the Northwestern U campus named Carmen's. It needs to be the requisite 5# pizza with Canadian bacon, mushroom and onion, sprinkled with parmesan and a little pepper flake. Oh yeah, and it needs to come with a great bottle of chianti and a slice of Eli's cheesecake for dessert.
