  1. Estee lauder and NYC

  2. Use a tinted moisturizer instead of foundation, neutragena makes a good one.  Light brown eyes will look good w/ greens and purples so check out the Almay kits that are specific to eye color.  You would probably benefit from having a MAC makeover, just make an appointment at the mall and tell them what you're looking for.  Sounds like your eyes are your best feature so stick w/ nude lipgloss and I'm sure you'll be very pretty.

  3. With your skin color, you'll have to go with black eyeliner and mascara. I have medium skin and brown doesn't even show up on my skin, so it wouldn't show up on yours either. If you have good skin you don't need any foundation or powder. Otherwise I would use a mineral powder, there are so many available now and much easier than liquids - a lot better for your skin too. I would start by getting a black or brownish-black kohl eyeliner pencil from the grocery/drug store. Kohl is a lot easier to use because it is softer than a regular pencil, so it's gentler and easier to control. Also buy a mascara in the same color as your eyeliner, black or brownish-black. Lipstick or gloss in a somewhat neutral-pink with some bronze would probably look good on your skin tone if it's a caramel color. You could try a little bit of blush, but don't use those itty bitty brushes that comes with it or you'll look striped! You'll need to get a puffy blush brush, something between 1-3" in diameter is a good size. This makes it apply and blend much more naturally looking. You should probably go with a brownish-bronzish color, nothing like bright bronze but something that matches your natural blushing with a little bit of enhancement.  See sources for some examples of products I would suggest that should be available at most drug stores, I've tried just about every product from every brand.

  4. if you goin cheap ide def try the new colorgirl line with bright colors but i love love love MAC. Alittle more expensive but tottally worth it. im also a 19 year old army wife and do make professionally.i love playing with colors, im tan, blue eyes, and black hair, so i can tell you that with black hair you can work with colors really good. ide defenitly try pinks, purples, and natrauls. maybelline also has good stuff. be sure to always use a bronzer for the radience but use pinkish blush so it still looks natural.
