What your thoughts on Tiger winning the U.S. Open?

I rarely watch golf but this the greatest tournament ive ever seen. Tiger just keeps proving how great he really is and he overcame adversity to win it all. Congrats to Rocco as well on a great tournament!

OMG IT WAS A REAL GOOD GAME BACK IN FORTH INTILL THE LAST HOLE HE GAVE IT ALL HE GOT AT AGE 45 WITH ALL SO BACK PROBLEM BUT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO TAKE IT FROM TIGER WOODS BUT NOW TIGER IS GOING TO TAKE ALONG BREAK FROM GOLF IN TAKE IT EASY but hope to see rocco play again and win one for him self and say hey i still got it

I didn't care who won i loved Rocco's underdog story but Tiger has been my faviorte golfer sense the early 2000's.  Rocco was dead in the water after he had to take a drop though.

I love watching tiger play golf. I always cheer for him to win because i want to say that i grew up watching the greatest player in the history of golf. He's an amazing player, and you're never going to see another like him.

Indeed, it was a great tournament.  I was rooting for Rocco.  He gave a good fight and had a chance to win.  I know he would have liked to win but he played very well and should be proud of himself.

He is the best golfer ever, and definatly played hurt and still one shows his greatness over the rest of pro golfers, he is amazing.

I wanted rocco to win but Tiger is for sure hurt, and it was pretty amazing to watch, i truely belive he is risking further injury playin this turnement.  but it was that important to him, Tiger is truely great....

He is the greatest player ever and his mental toughness is completely is off the charts. You can never count the man out. Watching him play is a pleasure.

i think it's a given that he was going to win but i was rooting for Mediate all the way.

One thing i did notice is that tiger's knee was only bad when he hit a bad shot... odd...

Tiger's does not use his knee as an excuse.  He grimaced several times (one time almost doubling over) when he hit it flush and put in in the middle of the fairway.  

And on his website, go to his fourth round interview.  They asked if his double bogeys on the first hole three out of four days is because of his knee.  He said, no, they're just bad golf shots.  He does not make excuses.

So get your facts straight people.

Ben Hogan's victory after the auto accident is the greatest individual achievement ever, but this win is all alone in the second tier.

Rocco did do a great job & I always like to see the underdog win (most of the time), but I can also not help but root for Tiger.  I love watching him golf.  He is just such an amazing player.  I am happy with the outcome.  It was exciting to watch.  The streaming video wasn't very good for me, but I got the most out of it!  Great tourney.
