I have no mail box were I live and I was wondering if they are able to send it to a po box or do the ups not allow that

UPS can't deliver to a post office box. They have no access to it. Only the post office can deliver to a PO box. See if the store can send using USPS instead.

UPS does not deliver to a mail box. They deliver to your door if you have an address they can find.
