My mom has MS and is bedridden but she occasionally gets up in a wheelchair (but it is very painful) I often want to take her places but they are so overcrowded and misused that I cannot take her.  I would love to see a public place do something for the &quot;HANDICAPPED&quot;  So that people who are in wheelchairs, etc...  don&#039;t have to be a jerk and push past people or just miss out on things because people are rude and run right into them.
