Cuba has very little drug trafficking compared to Mexico

They're still Communist, aren't they? And you can still get cocaine anywhere in the country if you want it. So I guess they haven't had any success at all.

JFK successfully negotiated the release of 1,800 guerrilla fighters taken POW in the Bay of Pigs incident.

So, there were no MIA (even though the guerillas weren't Americans) during the invasion of Cuba.
