  1. You can gamle online legaly. All of the sites listed at http://www.bettingwise.com/usagamblingsi...

accept USA players and its absolutely legal.

You will only have hard time to deposit, but if you try with Echecks or visa gift card it will work.

The law only makes it hard to deposit using your bank accounts, but if you try with the methdods I described you can deposit.

I know thousands of americans that gamble online.

  2. You can play poker legally on http://www.spadeclub.com. It is sponsored by cardplayer magazine and if you use the code ACESFULL you can get a two week free trial. It pays real cash prizes when you win. They base it on sweepstakes laws.

You can also play blackjack and poker at http://www.clububt.com, it will show you the prizes that you can play for. It does cost $20 month to join. If you register and enter this code WEC97XUK, it will give you two free weeks on their site. I have a paid membership there and I've won real cash there and they do pay.

Both sites are legal to play at in the USA.

  3. I never stopped gambling online and I haven't gotten into any trouble. You just need to find one of the sites with off shore accounts for US players. Ultimate Bet is the one I always play on.

  4. The bad news is that there a lot of gaming sites which no longer allow U.S. players but the good news is there`s still quite a few that do.  If they let you play there then you won`t have any trouble ;)

    King Cobra Poker

  5. well, since the passing of that i have played at absolute poker.i have no problems depositing, onto the site, with my visa bank debit card.if i receive winnings they cut me a check, and i have had no problems depositing that in to my bank account.granted i am not talking about thousands of dollars, but i hear about all of those professional internet poker players, and they don't seem to be having problems either.also, you won't get in trouble with the law.it is only the banks who are at risk.

  6. There are still some sites that allow you to play Poker and Blackjack online and are 100% USA legal. You can win prizes, and cash, these sites offer touraments with prize pools up to $40,000. And since they are USA legal, you do not have to worry about making deposits and withdrawals through third parites that may not be fully trustworthy. And if there is any problem, you are protected by USA law!
