  1. u suffered an epileptic attack ,its dangerous u need to see a neurologist and get on anti-epileptic medications ,,it cant wait u most go at once ,seizures are dangerous and can kill and can be static no stop and severe

  2. this seems like a grandmal seizure. i have this too. just like me you seem to not have any aura. aura is when you can feel it coming. some people have this and therefore they get to sit or lie down just before it happens but this happens fast. for those with no aura, it just knocks you out completely. its an epileptic seizure which is why stiffen, you jerk, & you "vomit" where you can bite your tongue. You wake up tired, disoriented, sometimes it takes a few minutes for your memory to kick in. Its scary to go through this.

Seizures are like having a short circuit in your brain and you must see a neurologist for this. its not even an option. you will definitely be on meds to control this. most of the time cause is unknown but they will do an brain MRI and EEG to confirm this and to find out where thhis is coming from.

When it happens again, tell your parents/siblings to try to make you lie on your side so as not to choke on your own vomit. Seizures can be controlled with meds, some even go away in time. What makes it dangerous is not knowing when it will hit and if you're out, cooking, taking a shower etc, you can hit your head with the fall.

Go see a neuro asap. Even with seizures you may live a normal life, so don't worry too much :)
