Whatever happened to Boo Harvey?

Question

Some friends of mine when I was a kid were big fans of St John's basketball and Boo was their favorite player or at least one of their favorite players. I remember watching him play and everyone was booing him but that was just because of his name, not because they didn't like him. Anyhoo, I remember he didn't get drafted into the NBA. I was curious as to what happened to him after that. I looked up Wikipedia and Google but couldn't find anything.

Boo Harvey stays active in adult basketball leagues in NYC as well as with the community while working in the boys and girls club in Queens. Last I heard he works for the MTA while still playing ball. He's a legend in Queens basketball still, I played against him a couple of years back and his game slowed but is still sick.

tryna find out myself.  used 2 c him in local leagues back in 95-96.  son had blew out his knee i believe n was playin a finesse game, course he waz still servin em.  prob jus chillin,  round here no news is good news ya heard.
