I'm talking about classics like "Miss Nelson is Missing" "Miss Nelson is Back" "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs" "Where the Wild Things Are" books by Judy Blume or Beverly Cleary and pretty much anything from Reading Rainbow. Heck! Whatever happened to Reading Rainbow?! I look at the television programs that they have for today's kids and can't help but think about how they all favor video games, sitting in front of a computer/ television and letting their minds (and even moreso their bums) turn to mush. Anyone else understand where I'm coming from? What's YOUR take on it all?
