You used to be able to use Yahoo A for enlightement, and it was fun!

Now it has become a garbage dump for the worst c**p asked and answered, Grade 1 has more intelligence to offer than on here!

As the conservative Right tends to be more prevalent on Yahoo A, I've found that the propensity for vicious attacks and the endorsement of voluntary ignorance has grown substantially. Mind you, Dems do the attacking too, but they are usually more progressive and open to opposing views, particularly where science is involved.

Politics has a real capacity to bring visceral exchanges.  Reps and Dems are pretty extreme. They are Radical Governmentallists. The truth lies in the center.
