Whatever happened to the teacher who kicked that kid out of class?

The teacher taht had the students vote that boy out of class, he was 5 yrs old. Whatever happened to that teacher?

The teacher was wrong, HOWEVER, that Nasty thing called tenure plays into this.

yes, she should be fired, but, you have to follow procedure.

If she doesn't get her "due process", it will cost the district even more. She should be let go and a reprimand should follow her when she tries to teach again.

telling her "Don't ask for a reference" would probably be a real clear indicator that she's in deep and the coverage probably isn't going to "win friends and influence people".

She was reassigned to another school.

Sorry, meant to put "location", not school.  She will work the rest of her career in the district office and retire with full benefits, I'm sure.
