It all depends on your taste. Since a lot of ice creams are based on other flavors (deserts, snacks, etc.) maybe try some of those first! Just don't forget to try something new once in a while.  

My favorites:

        Banana Split

        French Vanilla [bean]

        Vanilla & Almonds

        && most recently Pistachio.

It took me some time before I tried this but I finally gave in & I love it. I recommend all these in Haagen-daaz if you get the little pints, I tried Ben & Jerry's and I think I'm a little more reserved with my ice-cream flavors.
