I work in a call center's Recruitment Department. The boss already told us that we are not gonna actively recruit & train within 3 months time. We are still accepting walk in applicants & conduct interviews still (manpower pooling)...but still not as busy as compared to previous months when we had to go out of town to look for more people to recruit. What do you suggest our department should do to optimize our manpower & time during this lean season? thanks
