  1. veggie chik nuggets (morningstar farms or boca)

    mac and cheese

    cheese crisps

    bean and cheese burritos

    spaghetti

    cheese raviolli

    veggie pizza

    pb and jelly

  2. Well, no matter how fussy a kid is they'll always eat potato wedges.  Just chop up the potatoes into wedge bits, put in a bowl with some olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and paprika - toss, toss, toss - into the oven at about 160oC for 45mins or so.  Or just the good old baked potatoes.

Pitta pizzas, or normal pizza.  Pitta's better becaue the bread is smaller and thinner.  A bit of pasta sauce, whatever toppings they'll eat, bit of cheese and into the oven for 10-15mins.  And garlic bread..

Macaroni and cheese of course.  Or a plain pesto pasta.  Risotto.  Lasagne.

Burgers made with red lentils and grated carrot or whatever else you can think of.

Dolmades or nori rolls usually vanish pretty quickly.

Hope I've given you some ideas - good luck!

  3. Hey!

Ok, here is a two-week sample meal plan for vegetarians/vegans! It is very tasty, and I guess the children will like it! However, I really don't know what the kid likes, so I hope he/she enjoys this one:

  4. A thoughtful, well-planned vegetarian menu can be one of the healthiest around. But since growing children need a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, vegetarian families need to be particularly vigilant about what’s on their plates. If you’re a little green when it comes to raising a vegetarian family, here are some things to consider.

so you need to eat enough calories, boost protein, get enough fat, and enough calcium. some meals thatincludee all of these key important nutrients are:

-beans, nuts, soy products (such as tofu and tempeh), eggs, and dairy(for protein)

    -MILK!!!!

-avocados, nuts, oils, seeds, and nut and seed butters (when cooking)

and ifoiu want to feed your child some diverse types of food, therse pad thai which is delicious, Coconut Chickpea Curry, Tortilla Casserole , Veggie Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries, Creamy Veggie Pasta and more :]

  5. Unpigs in Blankets

Vegetarian hot dogs or sausage links

    Package of Original Pillsbury Crescents

Unwrap Crescents as directed by package.  Cut veg. hot dogs or sausages half and roll in the middle of the Crescent.  Place all Unpigs in Blankets on a baking sheet and bake according to Crescent package directions.

    Hummus Sandwiches

Slice some soft french bread, spread with hummus.  Top with avocado slices, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and black pepper and/or cayenne pepper.

    Potato Salad (numerous recipes)

  6. Let's see here.

As a vegetarian my self, I enjoy eating soy burgers and vegetarian meat's.  They taste almost like the real thing, but of course they are made of soy and other highly protein consumed substances.  These are very healthy for you and are high in protein.

I my self enjoy fruit and veggies.  If kids don't like eating those items you can always mix them with delicious things.

    Here are possibilities:

Apples/Banana and Peanut butter, this combo will give you the protein from the PB and the vitamins and potassium if you choose bananas.

Carrots, Broccoli, and Celery, with Ranch or other dressings.  Not a lot of people like veggies, but a lot of kids love things dipped in ranch and other dressings.  If you add these kids will enjoy the highly vitamin consumed veggies =)

    These are some useful tips
