The catch is im going to be with him all weekend so i cant exactly 'get away' so i need to plan it before!

I would suggest doing something that allows you to learn more interesting things about him. Look to see if your city has any music, art or film festivals coming up that weekend. If so definitely do that and end the night with dinner in the city. Or if you wanna save a few bucks, make dinner together by making his favorite dish and he can make yours and after that you can sit outside and talk about what's important to you and how you feel about the relationship.
