Whats Brighton like for a day out??

Question

Its my 16th birthday soon and im looking to do something for a day out with my 4 best friends and one of them said we should go to Brighton for the day.

Ive never been before and i was wondering if anyone lives there can tell me what fun stuff there is to do for 16 year old girls and that would be really helpful!!

or any other cool ideas because i want it just to be a nice fun day for us all. I live in north of london by way in hertfordshire

depends what you want to do - there's loads of shops, an awesome milkshake place, lots of food places, the seafront and pier, galleries, music venues etc...

I f the weather is good go on the pier and the seafront and beach. If weather not great you could get a bus to the marina there is bowling,cinema and shops and places to eat, or look around the lanes and Churchill square shops.

I would not waste your time going to Brighton, it used to be OK but it is second rate now.
