  1. The end of the Bush era is a good place to start.

  2. A drink , chocolate and your all time most favourite songs that you have to dance to them because you cant control yourself.. Talk to yu fav person .. jump up and down

    =]

  3. Write about possible things that might be bothering you and think of the bright side to those things. Do something productive to feel good about yourself or talk to a friend about what's bothering you.

The worst thing to do would be to mask it with television, music, or food. You'll feel good for a while, but when you get depressed again, it'll be tenfold.

  4. - Seeing my children smile and laugh

    - Taking some time for myself and doing something relaxing, such a read a book and taking a hot bubble bath.

    - Taking a walk with my family and our dogs

    - Watching a movie to focus on something else

    - Thinking about everything in life that I am appreciative of

    - s*x

    - Turn up the music and dance around the house

    - Call a friend or family member on the phone and talking to them

    - Play a computer game to get my mind off of things

    - Laying in the warmth of the sun and enjoying the beauty of the sky, birds singing, breeze on my body, grass in between my toes and understanding life is so much more then what I am going through at that moment.

    - Going to star bucks and picking up my favorite latte

I suggest anything that you enjoy to do to not dwell on your thoughts. Hope you feel better soon!

  5. have s*x

  6. When you share a burden it is half as heavy, so talk to a friend if you can, or family, let them know what's troubling you.

OR take your dog for a walk, get some fresh air, breathe deep, and enjoy being alive!

OR put on some nice music and just relax, let your thoughts drift to a pleasant place and forget your troubles at the door.

Things like that can help tide you over. Make sure it isn't something about your health that needs attention.

  7. Hanging out with friends or family usually helps.

If no one is immediately available try going through some photos of some fun moments with friends and/or family.

    Or watch a silly movie.

    They all work for me.

Rasslin' with my dog sometimes helps too.

  8. Usually when that happens to me I do something good like help someone or donate something..

  9. How about just going to sleep? Take a sleep med or something. Maybe after some rest you'll feel better.

  10. Do you have a pet? My dogs always make me feel better. See a dr. there are so many things that help with this. I myself take zoloft

  11. I take the words to a song and change them. Then I sing the new version and it makes me laugh. This is great fun if you're with a group of friends in a karaoke bar. I like to sit and re-write a song and then I'll get up and perform it.

  12. My daughter normally kisses me better and says 'all better?' and it makes me smile

  13. Music.

I'm like that too sometimes and I sorta have my reasons, and sometimes I sit and stare and wonder why the world is so unfair

  14. volunteer .    helping people who need help should make you feel better.   see a counselor, try antidepressants, exercise.   Pet a cat.

    eat your favorite food.

  15. meditate on the good in your life and of course food.

  16. B-vitamins, especially B6 and B12.

If you're a chocolate addict, red grapes help.

    If you're a s*x addict, chocolate helps.

If you're addicted to red grapes... wait, no, that doesn't work.

    (Did you smile?)
