When I was in Indianapolis helping my brother with his business when he was having trouble, I ate at some small restaurant there and they served me an entre of seared salmon with a very mild garlic butter sauce. As an accompaniment they gave  me a small piece of not-to-sweet banana bread with nuts in it. I had never had anything like that before; banana bread and salmon..? It was perfect. Freaked me out. One of the most memorable meals I have ever had.

Chicken Carnivale is the most popular item on the menu in the restaurant I work at...chicken breast pounded with prosciutto, pan seared with roasted red peppers, then topped with mozzarella cheese, Baked to perfection and served over a bed of freshly sauteed spinach... with a touch of demi-galce' poured over it. Mashed potatoes or rice pilaf are a great compliment...Yummy

My favorite restaurant food would be a classic Caesar Salad, Nicoise Salad or Cobb Salad. A nice chopped salad is also good.
