I only get one thing from Subway and have since I was little:

Wheat Bread

American Cheese

Cold Cut Combo

Lots of lettuce

Cucumbers (I just take them off and eat them separately)

Oil and Vinegar

It's my fav sandwhich and I don't intend on changing it.

I usually have the tuna sandwich, but I like turkey too.  I'd get American, Provolone, or Swiss cheese along with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, green peppers, and cucumbers.  I like the oat or wheat bread best.
