Whats Happening in rugby N. Dakota as far as oil?

The oil is expensive to drill for but there are vast reserves of it there.  That is where up to 90% of the US reserves are located.  The geological formation that contains the oil  is also in parts of South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana.

I don't know but d**n I've got a lot of relatives in North Dakota and they are saying now that there is more oil up there than there is in Saudi Arabia.
