A normal week there is no Festivals or special events in Panama this week.

Panama is going to be good this week because is payday for all the employees, so the good restaurants and discos are going to be cool to visit.

Also i recommend to visit El Valle and Cerro Azul, they are cold places, but very good breeze on this summer time.

If you dont have too much time, go and eat to trapiche and visit Multiplaza and Albrook Mall, they have very good and cheap places to buy things. Albrook is the best one.

I guess you mean Panama City Florida as this week is Spring break! This was wrongly posted in latin america due to the word Panama, it should have been posted in Florida where I suspect there will be lots of silly drunk college people pretending to be cool while drunk.
