Whats the true definition of premeditated murder and conspiracy because the KKK is saying they will kill Obama if elected...WTF? shouldn't that be taken serious?

it's when you take time to plan a murder. i think it should be taken seriously but he should have protection.

Really, ALL "murder" is premeditated by definition. Homicide on the other hand is more spontaneous or accidental in nature.
