HTC Shift, if you can afford it. Windows Vista (that's Vista, not Win Mobile), WiFi, 7" touchscreen, 800x400 resolution, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, VGA webcam, 3G support, 1gb RAM, 40gb harddrive, etc.

YES, this is a phone, but it's $1,300 :(

I'm waiting for the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 QWERTY myself, due out this 2nd half of 2008.

It has 400MB of RAM on board, with support for additional memory in the form of microSD. It also has a WVGA 800x480 touch screen (compared to the iPhone's 320x480 screen), quad-band, 3G, wifi b/g, aGPS, bluetooth, 3.2megapixel camera with autofocus and w/c can take DVD-quality videos at 30fps, video calling, FM radio, 3D games, and Windows Mobile 6.1 (with mobile versions of Word, Excel, OneNote and Powerpoint, Windows Media Player, Internet Explorer Mobile, and ability to run the thousands of Windows Mobile applications available).

Oh, did I mention it has a slide-out full keyboard and dimensions of only 110 x 53 x 16.7-mm?
