I live in Australia, best way to measure up is go to the beach, there are some guys in the water naked and the showers usually have people whether indoors or outdoors, the indoor change rooms are good as you can sit down and act like you're getting dressed or just take a very long shower instead of standing next to other people in the open air looking down.
