  1. a drysuit costs around $1000 and you can't move worth a d**n in one.

  2. in a wet suit you get wet, in a dry suit you don't. dry suits cover you fully, you sweat a lot in warmer water but they hold your body heat in better for colder diving. you move a lot better in a wet suit.

  3. A wet suit is usually made of neoprene and will let a thin layer of water in that acts as insulation. A dry suit is GoreTex or rubberized nylon that seals out water and keep,s you dry. Go to kokatat.com and search their site you will see the difference.

  4. when you put on a wet suit you are zipping into neoprene that will get wet and you will get wet. when you put on a dry suit it feels more like rubber and has gasket things at your wrists ankles and neck so water won't seep in. you will stay dry. It feels like squeezing your head through the top of a 2 liter soda bottle. if you bend down and put your head low, the pressure will stay in your head, ouch. i'd rather freeze!
