Whats The Simplest Way To JailBreak My iPod Touch?

Iv'e Tried Jailbreakng Once On My 1.1.3 Ipod Touch But It Screwed It Up And Kept Freezing. I Used Ziphone Method And They Said The Hack Would Work For 1.1.3 & 1.1.4 It Didnt I Ended Up Taking The Ipod Back To Walmart and told them it kept freezing (didnt mention the hack) and i got a brand new one. my new ipod is 2.0.2 i have lots of data on it (id rather not lose)and i now have an wifi connection in my home so now i can access jailbreakme.com

can somebody please help me out here!! PLEASE

As far as I know, 2.0.2 has not been jailbroken yet. I jailbroke my 1.1.4 touch, but then un-jailbroke (or is it "jailed"? "locked up"?) and upgraded to 2.0.2. If you want to downgrade to 1.1.4, and then use Ziphone (which worked fine for me with 1.1.4 on my 32GB touch), there are instructions at:
