Whats The difference between riding a skateboard goofy and riding it regular?

Goofy is when your right foot is forward and regular is when your left foot is forward but its whatever is more comfortable to you.

You're in the cycling section but whatever:

Regular = left foot forward, right foot back.

Goofy = right foot forward, left foot back.

There is no "right" or "wrong" way to ride a skateboard, it all comes down to what feels more comfortable to you.  If you aren't sure what stance you ride in, put your board on the ground and then jump onto it.  Normally you will land the in the stance that you are most comfortable skating in.
