Whats Wrong With My Laptop?????

I turned on my computer and when it booted everything was big as if it was zoomed in. I changed the screen resolution and that wasn't the problem. I also tried loading my pending updates for the computer and that wasn't the problem either.

Then I tried loading The Sims 2 and it said that if failed to find any Direct x 9.0c graphics adaptor for this system. Which is weird because I had just finished playing The Sims 2 about an hour beforehand and have been playing for about 7 months now with no problems.

Please if anyone knows any way to solve this problem I really need some help

mate it could be loads of diffrent problems ur graphic card could be pooing it self or you could try going to ur computers manufactures website and download the graphic card driver and also i think you can download direct x 9 im not shore but otherwise got no clue
