  1. i am a registered nurse and i am loving my job. i am helping a lot of patients everyday, which i trully love doing aside from the good pay that i get every month. there is so much to learn too. new experiences with the people i deal with everyday, just keep coming, and they brighten my life.

  2. www.PureMedicalJobs.com will show you a variety of medical jobs but i would say Physician assistant or nursing

  3. 1.The certified anesthesia technician performs duties under the supervision of the licensed anesthesia care providers.

    2. dental assistants-work primarily for private practices, dental assistants support dentists, oral surgeons, and dental hygienists by setting up material for patient treatment,

    -taking x-rays,

    -applying anesthetic,

    - and helping during serious procedures.

    3. Cardiology medical asistants-an advanced medical assistant who, as a result of educational and clinical experience in Cardiology possesses the knowledge and clinical skills to assist a Cardiologist in a busy clinic with multiple providers.

  4. First thing is don't worry so much about what grades you get. It is not important to get an "A" in every class.  My advice is to get the best grades you can get even if that means getting a "C" so long as you pass the class and it counts towards your major.  Thats whats important.  When I was in Nursing school we used to have saying that:

    "C" + = RN

and believe me it is true.

Now to answer the second part of your question, their are so many other choices to make that are professional positions that are not nursing.  Not everyone is meant to be or cut out to be nurses.

    So those Jobs include:

    Respiratory Technician

    Physical Therapy

    Medical technologist

    Sonagrapher

  5. Pharmacist

    Nuclear Medical Technologist

    Medical Technologist

    Radiology Tech

    Ultra Sound Tech

    Mammography Tech

    Physical Therapist

    Occupational Therapist

    Histology or Cytology Tech

    Respiratory Therapist

Administrative Positions: Human Resources, Bussiness Planning & Development, Marketing - Most will require a BS degree in these areas.

Pharmacist is the only one that really require a high GPA, and excellent grades so you can be accepted into the Pharmacy Program.  The other are technical skills some you can get your degree at in local colleges, you'll still need to get your pre-reqs done to be accepted into their programs.  The Administrative positions are typical in all colleges, no special GPA's are required, though some schools require a higher GPA to be accepted to their college.  As far as pay goes, that all depends on where you live, the jobs I listed all pay very well, the technical jobs are all high in demand jobs and pay even better.  To learn more about salaries in your area use salarywizard.com, select your area you plan to work in w/the job title and it will give you an average salary range - keep in mind coming right out of school may be a bit lower than the range or the first number of the range, the rest of the range is for exp'd in that field.

    Hope this helps!
