6 times

and then it says Toll saver.

What is a Toll Saver?

Toll savers are devices or options that restricts long distance calls.  Over the years they appeared in various types methods.  Some are phones with no dial pads, some have the dial pad wired to restrict long distance calls, MCI use to have what I think was the best on the market.  it rerouted the dial digits and sent them through the MCI network at a savings to the subscribers.  How yours will work is anyone guess, but it will probably prohibit you from making long distance calls.

A good way to foul your kids efforts to increase your phone bill.
