Whats a better drink? Pina colada? or Bahama Mama? Also are they better frozen or on the rocks?

Piña colada, and frozen (frappe like) not on the rocks.  

A balanced mix of pineapple juice and coconut milk/cream served as a frappe.

Mine without rum.  That will go nicely with song "I'm born again"  of the double A-side single by German band Boney M:

"Im_Born_Again_/_Bahama_Mama" .

pina colada tastes way better. I also prefer it frozen. If I do drink a Baham Mama I have it over the rocks
