Piaggio scooters are often regarded as the very best scooters that you can get.  With that said, my vote would be on the piaggio NRG.  It is fuel injected, LIQUID cooled, and has front AND rear disk brakes... all of these things are very desireable.  Plus they have the long standing reputation.
