Christian Xavier sounds better if you are saying it *kris-chin*.

Christian Javier sounds better if it's said *kris-chon* ha-ve-air.

that all depends how you are intending to pronounce Javier,are you pronouncing it the spanish way where the J becomes a H or are you pronouncing it they way its spelt

Javier(spanish version) sounds best with Christian

Javier(pronouncing the J) sounds better with Christopher
