  1. I don't have any ideas for a new phrase, but I am a life-long Liberal Democrat and I want to say, "thank you, thank you, thank you, etc."  I am so sick of hearing that phrase.  Hopefully you can conjure up something more original.   I know I personally will appreciate it.

  2. shetbags

  3. I'm not Rush Limbaugh, what are you asking me for?

  4. Koolaid drinker refers back to the Jim Jones Mass Suicide. His followers drank the poisoned koolaid out of blind loyalty to him.

The term now refers to someone whoi will blindly follow another's ideal no matter how absurd.

I always like to think of such people as sheep. Although sheep tend to follow the crowd and not a misguided leader.

  5. How about intelligent political discussion without childish name calling. That ever occur to anybody on here?

  6. open minded

  7. Don't feed the trolls!

  8. How about compassionate.

  9. i always thought this was an insult against blacks...then i heard it on TV.  Can someone explain why we use it to refer to liberals?

  10. Get off of me

  11. how bout liberals

  12. Drones

  13. umm Kool-aide drinker is a reference to the JOnestown tragedy for someone that follow blindly without making their own decisions.

Im not sure how this would apply to 'elitist' liberals. Since 'elitists' would be someone who is well educated and informed on a subject thus knowing more than you about something. This would be the opposite of Kool-Aid drinker.

Which is it. Elitist or blind faith? If i had to pick a blind faith party I would think it would be Republicans trusting Bush on.. well the list is REALLY long but IRaq, unlawfull domestic spying etc.....

  14. flavor-ade might work

  15. How about not referring to them in derogatory terms? It will make you look more credible and mature.
