This stuff called Celebrity Smile has really worked well for me.  I tried everything like Whitestrips and peroxide and it didn't work or else it made my teeth really sensitive.  Anyway, you can get it at http://mycelebsmile.com/y/ and I think they are actually still giving away free trials like I used.  Let me know if it works!

Plus White whitening gel.  Get the pack that comes with the mouth tray - it holds the gel against your teeth.  I saw results the very first time I used it, and it was the cheapest whitener in the store.

Baking Soda - but it'll take about 2/3 days to notice any difference @ first, but most toothpastes come with it anyway.

Mix one part hydrogen peroxide with one part water and swish it around in your moth for about a minute.  DO NOT SWALLOW IT! Peroxide is the same thing in tooth-whitening gels or strips (if you've ever used them before, you'll notice they leave a similar aftertaste) Do this every day for about a week or two, and you should notice improvement.

I;ve also heard baking soda mixed in with your toothpaste works.
