1. I'm 15, and what I used when I started high school was [well still is!!!] Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse. I got it at walmart, it was like... $4 something... its AMAZING, covers really well, looks really soft, it's perfect for our age group :) Then I dust over it with powder... I use Rimmel, its a pressed powder, it was like $3, maybe a little less... and use a big powder brush and sweep it on your 'shine spots'... nose, cheeks, chin.. anything that gets shiny during the day :)

For some really good makeup tips other than that for school, go EASY on the eyeliner, you wouldn't BELIVE how many girls you willl see that look like racoons. Big dramatic lashes are really in and look fabulous w/ perfect skin... the mascara that so many people use in my school is Maybelline.. its the pink w/ green cap that you see on TV... get it in Brownish Black. That's the color, swear to goodness. It's cheapest too, it's like... $2, maybe a bit more. It's amazing. Keep your eyeshadows neutral... tans, browns, greys, light pinks, purples, greens, etc. The softer the better. Then go for a nice light lip gloss.. i have the NYC Lip Shine, it was like $1.50 at Target and it's really good [=

  2. https://www.everydayminerals.com/index.p...

This is as pure as makeup gets. It also gives you your perfect shade. Also, you only pay shipping for a custom kit they give you! Also, considering the quality, it's also pretty cheap.

  3. Bare Minerals or Cover Girl. Cost $10-20 dollars. Go to major dept. store to purchase.

  4. for clean, fresh and natural makeup, try mineral makeup. bare minerals is good, but expensive, so maybelline mineral powder foundation. lots of drugstore brands are releasing mineral products like physicians formula, maybelline, n.y.c., etc.

  5. Firs you need a good concealer I recommend using Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer(don't mind the name). $5-7 Its a concealer and a highlighter to contour some parts of your face too :) Then use Physician's Formula Talc Free Mineral Pressed Powder (it has a built in mirror too but don't use the brush that come with it, its itty bitty) $7-9 use a a powder brush you can get nice ones at target for $ 5-6 . For lips use a nice peach/pink lipgloss. And voila fresh and natural :)

  6. calm down, lool. A nice golden or a nude colour eyeshadow would be pretty. Some black eyeliner on bottom

    Soft pink lips. Try lipgloss.

Blush : pinks, browns, beiges, goldens, light reds, etc..

You can find all this at CVS. instead of going to those high price brand name stores.

  7. Well powder isn't something that you should like slather on your bare face, its mainly used to seal liquid foundation, but the liquid foundation that I like and use is CoverGirl's Clean Fragrace Free makeup. It's designed for sensitive skin so it should be good for you since you're so young. You wouldn't want anything bad to happen to your skin when you're just starting high school right? :) It's also VERY affordable, its about $5 a bottle and it also has a good range of shades! It was also rated a 4 out of 5 by 68 people on makeupalley.com! Well hope that helps! :)

  8. Ohk, here's what I would do. If you have anything like pimples to cover up use a concealer. And use a moisturizer before you put it on. A good powder would be any mineral powder. A blush is optional but if you do get one get it in a peachish color. Use a dark brown or black mascara. I wouldn't even use any eyeliner. For your lips just get like a clear, nude, or soft peach or pink color. Here's the products I use: Covergirl Trublend Mineral Powder (like $7 I think), Almay Line Smoothing Cream Concealer (about $6), Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara ($5 or $6), and Loreal Bare Naturale Blush ($8). There's sooooo many different lip glosses but the one I like best is Covergirl Wetslicks and it's only like $5. Hope I helped and good luck!

  9. i use clinique powder, you use a brush to put it on and it goes on really fast::http://www.clinique.com/templates/produc...

the clinique is really good it last a very very long time

  10. Try Mary Kay Mineral Powder Foundation. It comes with the brush you will need. It costs $18 with another $10 for the brush (that will last a lifetime with proper care). Just use a very small amount and you will look very fresh and natural.

You might want to try the Mary Kay Tinted Moisturizer, too. It is $18 and is one step for moisture, foundation, and sun protection.

Call a consultant to help you find the perfect shades. If you don't know one go to the marykay.com web site and use the locator. She will become a friend for life.

  11. I've been using everything thats covergirl since I was your age. For clear skin use proactive.
