so i was a server all my life--but now that i am a mom...i don't know if serving will be the same anymore. i feel that it will be energy consuming--since it is fast pace...

and considering my newborn takes up ALOT of my energy..i may need to look into a different field of interest--i'm hoping for an office job. but what kind of office jobs are there that don't require a degree--but yet i can make a minimum of $10-$15 an hour?

i tried looking for legimate home business..but nothing seems too promising.

(i do ebay on the side--but can't count on that to make ends meet) as a new mom, what do YOU do for a living? and what would your suggestions be?

(on top of that..i am also a single parent--been a single parent since i became pregnant)

  1. lol test mattresses! you could be a sleep tester hahaha! if there were a job like that then you could at least take the baby with you.

a friend of mine worked for an eldely man and was able to take her baby with her. my mother did that with me but i was in kindergarten then...so perhaps you could look into a private caretaker position? i don't know about the pay tho and exposing a baby to possible illnesses might be a problem.

or perhaps becoming an infant daycare provider for just a few little ones? not much for energy but children will suck you dry for at least 20 years so forget that idea.

    good luck whatever you do.
