All the original and cool ones are taken just use a g*y generic one like XxIpwnedxuXx.

you need to think of one that is original and reflects yourself.  I hate it when it is xxsomethingstupidxx or their name with a bunch of random numbers.

For example, I love to troubleshoot and fix computers, so my Gamertag is Ctrl Alt Del.  People really get a kick out of that.

Think of something like that.

mine's dyscombobulated and I LOVE IT

however, stay away from the wierd XXAFSDFXX one's they look stupid IMO.  Just look on TV for some ideas, or think of something original.

(I got mine from the tv =P)
