Go to a dude ranch. Bring a bunch of stuff you don't care about and shoot random stuff!!! Oh yeah, I think you should totally do the skittles thing too. That would be so freaking hilarious!! xD good luck!!

If you don't mind be possibly arrested then do this:                      

First, buy TONS of Skittles. Then, go to Wal-Mart and throw them at people yelling "TASTE THE RAINBOW!!!!!!".
